19lb 7oz Catfish & 13lb Common Carp & 12lb Mirror Carp

Young angler Tom Webb enjoyed a highly prolific session on The Old Carp Lake with plenty of the fish feeding aroung multiple areas. Using popped up baby squid Tom caught the second Catfish of 2008 weighing in at a fantastic 19lb 7oz. Whilst Tom also had great success on the Carp front as well as he banked a 12lb Mirror Carp and a 13lb Common Carp.

Tom is a very keen Catfish hunter and his setup this week seems to have been spot on resulting in this huge moggie after also having lost a Catfish earlier in the session! Im sure we'll see Tom throughout the season with plenty more Catfish and plenty more Carp.
