Nick Slater had a cracking catch this week from the new lake The Karpium, weighing in at a stonking 20lb 3oz. Fishing on 'Norman's Point' with a semi fixed inline rig leading to a short flurocarbon hooklink with a 15mm Llyn Y Gors L1 frozen boilie hookbait, how could the Carp resist?

Nick baited up a few areas of his swim, rested them during the day, and placed his hookbait over the top of the feed as well as casting to any fish activity. The free offerings of crushed L1 frozen boilies and Vision Baits Tuna Pellets certainly went down well with the massive Carp which made Nick's day!
