28lb Mirror Carp

Bob Ward caught a stonking 28lb 4oz Mirror Carp from 'The Well' swim of Thompson's Pool using Red Indian boilies. Yet even more fish were caught this week on Thompson's Pool with Matt Davies and his friend banking two fish; both Mirror Carp weighing 24lb and 13lb respectively. Concluding a sensational week of top quality big carp angling Darren Bunce nearly landed his first fish off Thompson's Pool after a number of sessions but unfortunately lost two large Carp from 'The Aquarium' swim.
