30lb Mirror Carp

Llyn Y Gors regular Jon Davies has caught his first Thompson's Pool 30 and recorded a new personal best with a whacker at 30 lb 12 oz from the "Double Bay". Jon had not long cast his bait out when it screamed off and he had netted what is hopefully the first of many 30's to grace the bank this year. Jon fished Tails Up Baits spending lots of time after previous sessions baiting up spots which obviously worked a treat!!. Bob Ward fished "The Rock" swim managing to land a nice 18 lb common during a 24 hour session. Bob fished Nash Whisky boilies.
