THE WALES CARP MASTERS 2007: HEAT 2 - SATURDAY 23RD JUNE | ||

Heat 2 of The Wales Carp Masters 2007 commenced this week at Llyn Y Gors on the new lake 'The Karpium'. Paul Hussain and Phil Austin won the event with more qualifying heats to come as well as more fish stockings to be completed on the lake this year and next year.

The other pairs involved in The Wales Carp Masters 2007 also enjoyed their fishing sessions despite not qualifying with Scott Elmwood landing a 10lb 10oz Mirror Carp.

Paul and Phil qualified as the second pair from Llyn Y Gors to go through to the Wales Carp Masters 2007 Final to be held at Celtic Lakes with first place weighing in with 70lb.
