IS COMPLETED AND NOW OPEN!!!

The Traditional Method Feeder
A great method on The Match and Pleasure Lake yet not so rewarding on The Old Carp Lake and Thompson's Pool. Loaded with high attract groundbait allows a quick gathering of fish often yielding great success.
PVA Bags
Using small PVA bags is a fantastic angling method to deliver a small amount of bait in good presentation alongside your hookbait.
PVA Boilie Bags
Another ideal way to provide extra bait alongside hookbaits to entice fish. Using just boilies allows a good disguise of hookbaits amongst just boilies and thus can provide a great method to weary Carp.
Pop Ups

When fish are not feeding directly off the bottom of the lake, Pop ups are a fantastic way to attract fish higher up in the water and can also be ideally used to present bait above areas such as weed and silt. Following on from this Zig Rigs using Pop Ups mid water can entice fish from a differing angle when they may be off their guard.

Freelining
During hot weather conditions or sunny spells, many Carp (predominantly Common and Ghost Carp) will bask on the top of the surface. Despite these conditions many Carp will still feed and freelining (using pop ups without a weight) provides a great solution to presenting your bait without spooking fish.
Bottom Bait Boilies
Perhaps the most traditional method for Carp angling is the bottom bait boilies allowing the fish to search the decks of the lakebed scavanging for food and picking up your rig and boilie resulting in a great catch. With silty bottoms the probabilities of catching using bottom bait boilies certainly increases as Carp will be used to searching for food amongst the silt and thus this method will always continue to result in fish on the bank.
