The Kaprium opened for a limited 48hr session hosting The Wales Carp Masters 2007 and some 91 fish were caught during an action packed weekend with a combined weight of 1365 lb. It was an excellent weekend for all anglers with plenty of fierce runs from the hard-fighting simmo's.The first fish was landed within just 3 minutes from the start of fishing fell to Llandegfan resident Martin Thomas, a mirror of 12 lb .Martin ended the session with 15 fish to 15 lb 8 oz. Martins son Lee caught a personal best 15 lb 10 oz mirror, which fell to a L1 boilie over a small pva bag of pellets.
