Eric Wright from Grimsby enjoyed a good weeks fishing on match and pleasure lakes consistently producing good nets of fish of 50 lb + on most days, the biggest around 90 lb.

Linda Greenwood spent the weekend showing son Adam how it is done on the Old Carp Lake only taking a few hours to land 2 fish with the biggest weighing in at 16lb whilst using Dynamite Baits Mussel and Oyster boilies.

Heat 3 of The Wales Carp Masters 2007 commenced this week at Llyn Y Gors on the new lake 'The Karpium'. Gary Risley and Paul Brunton won the event with more qualifying heats to come as well as more fish stockings to be completed on the lake this year and next year.
