THE LLYN Y GORS 2009 ANGLING COMPETITION

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

1. Catch weight must be witnessed by two other individuals

2. For entry to be valid it must be accompanied by a photograph (preferably sent via e-mail in jpeg format or camera card provided for download by fishery staff )

3. Vouchers will be provided by The Fishing Warehouse Ltd, Llyn Y Gors,Llandegfan, Anglesey, LL59 5PN and will be available on line to use at www.fishingwarehouseshop.co.uk. . 25% of the total voucher value must be used on the purchase of tackle sold under the Wychwood brand. Orders submitted not fulfilling this criteria will be rejected.

4 Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Final adjudication will take place first week of September 2009. The panel will consist of Kevin Coe (Director), Darren Davies (Fishery Manager) and a representative from H Young Operations Ltd- Madison. The committees decision is final in the event of disputes.

6. E- mail notification will be made to the winners prior to September 14th 2009 together with the voucher codes that may be used.

7.Vouchers will be on line for use no later than 14th September 2009 and can be used at anytime thereafter for a period not exceeding one year. Vouchers not used or part monies left at the expiry date will be cancelled and no further liability will exist on The Fishing Warehouse Ltd to supply any goods at that juncture.
