41 Carp up to 10 lb 1 oz & A venue record 4 lb 4 oz Barbel

Excellent sport this past week, lots of good nets of fish and large specimens on the bank. Mr Warden had a cracking session on the pleasure lake with 41 carp up to 10 lb 1 oz and also a venue record 4 lb 4 oz barbel. Mr Warden was fishing an 11 metre pole with pellet on the hook. Local angler Steve Edwards bagged 30 carp during a day session on the match lake. Steve fished 13 metres out on hookable pellets. Carp Smith had over 60 lb of fish also on the match lake. Carl who was staying in Dappledown cottage fished the feeder and corn hookbaits.
