RULES AT LLYN Y GORS
WHERE FISHING DREAMS COME TRUE
At Llyn y gors we try to keep rules and regulations to a minimum -
we all have enough of those in our lives as it is. The following rules
have been drawn up with two aims in mind - to provide excellent fishing
for anglers, and to protect the fish in our lakes. Please take note of
them.
GENERAL RULES
1) The lakes and adjoining land at Llyn y gors are private property.
Please treat them as such.
2) Day tickets must be obtained from the tackle shop. Only residents
on site may start fishing before 7.30 am.
3) Environment Agency fishing licences are needed to fish these waters.
4) All nets and sacks must be dipped before you fish. Failure to dip
your nets will mean you are asked to leave the site.
5) Any angler found with litter in his swim will be asked to leave.
If litter is found in your swim after you have left, YOU WILL BE BANNED
FROM FISHING HERE AGAIN.
6) WHEN YOU LEAVE YOUR SWIM, FOR WHATEVER REASON, ALL FISH IN KEEP
NETS MUST BE RETURNED TO THE WATER. IF KEEP NETS ARE FOUND UNATTENDED,
THE FISH WILL BE RETURNED.
7) The tackle shop is open from 8.30 am to 5.00 pm every day.
8) ALL BOATS ARE FOR STAFF USE ONLY.
9) We hope you enjoy your fishing at Llyn y gors. We are always keen
to listen to any ideas you may have on improving your fishing and enjoyment.
