Pleasure Lake

Picture

The Pleasure Lake
This lake has the same species as the Pine lake but they are on a bigger scale, with Carp to mid doubles, Tench to 6lb, the welsh crucian record of 2lb 12oz , Barbel to 3lb plus, chub, Ide, Rudd and Roach and some nice Perch.  The main features are the margins and Lilly beds.
Tactics
The method feeder works well on here as does pellet waggler up in the water and pinging pellet over the top.  Pre-baiting the margins whilst fishing and then putting corn over the top later on in the day work really well.
Winter fishing with worm, bread punch, 4mm pellet over 2mm feed.
